We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Al Drummond to the team. Al joined RFD Beaufort on the 4th January 2010 in the role of UK Finance Director and will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting for UK Operations covering both our Dunmurry and Birkenhead sites.
Previously with Qualitrol, part of the Danaher Corporation, Al held the position of European Financial Controller and was responsible for the co-ordination and preparation of strategic financial plans, forecast and analyses whilst managing all monthly management and annual statutory reporting. He has also previously held senior financial positions with BE Aerospace and the Viridien Group. In addition Al has extensive experience in lean business systems and has implemented continuous improvement techniques to improve business processes and enhance company performance.
We are confident that Al will be a great asset to the UK Executive team.
