RFD Beaufort secures US Navy Contract with Marin Ark 632
RFD has secured an order from the US Navy for its new Marin Ark 632 system. Following a rigorous selection process which involved full capability studies of all Marine Evacuation System suppliers, the new generation RFD Marin Ark was chosen for its high freeboard height, fully reversible liferaft design and unique dual slide paths.
This is the first time the US Navy have specified and retro-fitted MES on their vessels, and RFD is very pleased to be selected. Two orders have already been placed for the US Dahl and Seay, and RFD hope to work closely with the US Navy on many future projects.
