Pension Scheme

We offer a money purchase pension scheme with generous employer contributions.  The pension scheme incorporates an in-service life assurance benefit, equivalent to four years of an employee’s pensionable salary for contributing members or two years if a non-contributing member.

Annual Leave

We offer 25 days annual leave plus 8 statutory holidays.  Employees, who work with us for over 10 years, are rewarded with 1 additional day's leave.
